Everything you need to know about the Military Remarks by RSS Chief

The RSS Chief, Mohan Bhagwat made a comment regarding military which made the media and political entities go gaga about it.

The RSS Chief reportedly said that while the Indian Army would take over 6 months to deploy or prepare for a battle, RSS cadres can execute it within 3 days. This has created quite a stir in the nation at various levels as hashtags like #ApologiseRSS and #RSSInsultsArmy went trending.

Here’s all that followed:
BJP to RSS’ defense.
It has been argued by most of the RSS/BJP politicians and supporters that all Bhagwat meant was to insinuate that people the RSS workers are much more disciplined as compared to the other untrained folks.

RSS Spokesperson Manmohan Vaidya released a statement saying, “This was no way a comparison between the Indian Army and the Sangh swayamsevaks but it was a comparison between general society and swayamsevaks. Both are to be trained by the Indian Army only.”

The alleged statement was made by the RSS chief on Sunday, as he was touring Bihar for 10 straight days which implicated his view that the RSS has the potential to prepare an army within a matter of 3 days.

The Opposition goes hard.
It was only expected of the people in opposition to take on the govt. by storm because of the ties that RSS-BJP has.

Rahul Gandhi, the Congress leader said in a statement that ‘It is an insult to every Indian.’ Not surprisingly, other left parties went all out against the RSS and anyone trying to defend it over social media.

It would be interesting to see how this controversy turns out.
